Please note that there is a staircase up to the front of the property from the road, and two steep staircases internally. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or children not yet confident with stairs. There is as permanent retractable safety gate on the second bedroom. Entering into the property on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable and cosy lounge with a large L-shape sofa looking onto a 40 inch wall mounted smart TV. A separate Cocoon © sofa bed is nestled into the corner of the lounge, transforming into a very comfortable small double sofa bed. Up a flight of stairs to the first floor, you’ll find a brand-new fitted family bathroom with shower over bath to the rear of the property. To the front with two large windows, there is a stunning dining room comfortably seating 6 people –enjoy a wonderful family meal around this table, it is a lovely room in which to bring your group together. There’s a reading corner in the room, with a comfortable mustard yellow velvet chair and reading light. Through to the sparkling new kitchen – with oven, gas 5 ring hob, full size fridge freezer and washer dryer, you have everything you need for a true home-from-home experience here at Harbour Heights. Up to the second floor, an elegantly furnished super king size bedroom awaits you – perfect for those long, lazy holiday lie ins! At the back of the property is a nautical themed twin bedroom with two full size single beds perfect for friends or family sharing. One bed has a pull-out trundle bed underneath it transforming the bedroom into the perfect den for 3 children.
