We moved here from Manchester in June 2016 to take over this beautiful guest house. We wanted to work together and this seemed the perfect opportunity. Previously Nigel had worked in Secondary schools as a Teacher whilst Kath had worked at home as a Registered Child Minder. Obviously this has been a big change but we are both loving it and look forward to welcoming you to both Llandudno and Harringtons at Fourteen. Please note that we no longer serve any breakfast. Our room prices have been reduced to reflect this. If you are uncertain please call us. Wetherspoons and several cafes all serve breakfasts and are within 150 metres of us. If you want to have breakfast where you are staying then please do not book with us and then complain in a review later on that no breakfast was available. We stopped serving breakfast for several reasons. Firstly an increasing number of guests were requesting room only accommodation. Secondly whatever time we were serving breakfast there were always some guests for whom this was either too early or too late. In addition I have had 2 major cancer operations and found making and serving breakfast exhausting. Please contact us before your stay if you have any queries. Harringtons is a Victorian Guest House which incorporates everything you would expect to find to make your stay memorable in this beautiful Victorian Resort. Harrington’s is situated in the heart of Llandudno, and only minutes from the main shopping area, Great Orme, the Victorian Tramway, the Cable Car, the Pier, Promenade and other local amenities. Originally built around 1870 it was first owned by the Rector of the Chapel that can be found at the end of Chapel Street. All 6 guest rooms are en-suite with showers. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and have flat screen TVs with built in DVD player. Smoking is allowed in the front garden area. Please note that there is no on site parking but that there are no parking restrictions on Chapel Street. There is a public car park approximately 50 metres away.

As one of the finest resorts, Llandudno has been named the Queen of North Wales, and very aptly so. Everything the discerning visitor would wish to find can be found either in Llandudno itself or nearby, including Conwy, Caernarfon, Betws y Coed, Snowdonia and the Isle of Anglesey (Ynys Mon in Welsh). There is a huge variety of restaurants in the immediate area including Italian, Greek, Indian and Chinese restaurants as well as more traditional restaurants. There are also several excellent pubs serving high quality food such as The Cottage Loaf, The King's Head and The Albert. You can even book your table online at The Cottage Loaf before you get here. Wetherspoons have also beautifully converted the old Palladium Theatre into a typical Wetherspoons hostelry.
