Come and stay at our beautifully refurbished 3 bed terraced cottage in High Barnes. You will feel at home in the house with its cosy living room featuring the original ornate ceiling details and fireplace, separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen with utility room. There are 2 good sized bedrooms upstairs, 1 with a super king bed that converts to 2 singles, a king and then a single bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms have orthopaedic mattresses to give you the best nights sleep possible, a chest of drawers, hanging space, mirror and bedside tables with a lamp with inbuilt USB socket for easy charging of your devices. The living room also has a double sofa bed if required. Fast WiFi is available throughout the house. There is 1 family bathroom upstairs and a separate WC downstairs. Outside to the rear of the house there is onsite parking secured by a roller shutter, as well as on street parking with some restrictions during the day Monday to Friday (10-11am and 2-3pm) but no restrictions on the weekend. Unrestricted street parking is available on nearby streets.

High Barnes is a quiet residential area, perfect for a good nights sleep! Lots of local amenities within a very short walk - shops, restaurants, take aways and pharmacy. Sunderland Royal Hospital, The University of Sunderland and Barnes Park are in walking distance. A short drive away and you will find supermarkets and other large retailers.
