Hilltop is a fully self-contained " Adults Only" 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps a maximum of 4. It is situated within easy connections to the North and South Coast and a perfect base to explore all areas that Cornwall has to offer. The central, inland location gives you the best of both worlds; from visiting the Eden Project, Historic Charlestown, or even try a spot of paddle boarding on the local beach of Carlyon Bay.
The property is accessed via some stone steps up to the front door which has a keylock box then once inside the porch there are stairs down to apartment.
The Hosts live in the house upstairs and are available if needed.
I have been hosting for just over a year since myself & my Husband Alan moved to Cornwall. We both love the area and I really enjoy meeting guests from all different countries around the world as well as the UK. We are cat lovers with 2 Tabby cats ourselves. The cats live with us but are not permitted in the Apartment, you may see them in the surrounding grounds.
We both enjoy going to the beach to relax in the summer months and long walks in the winter months.
I love gardening and making the grounds colourful for other to enjoy also.
The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. We are a short drive away from numerous tourist attractions including The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Charlestown and Mevagissey are also local to the property. There are several beaches close and numerous eateries.
