As hosts we love traveling around the world snowboarding, sightseeing & dining out. So we know having to stay in a home that is not your own isn't always great but we hope to make you feel more than welcome. Travelling can be stressful so by us adding a hot tub & sauna, it gives you something more to look forward to. Also staying in an area that has many bars & restaurants only a short walkaway helps make getting around easier. Of course if you like the beaches & coast line it's only a short drive away, with plenty of parking or jump on the local transport at the end of the road for all the different destinations in Dorset.

The property has been freshly decorated & has lots of windows through out to make the property fresh. The ceilings are very high to give a more open plan feeling & the decor is of homely character to make you feel at home. The main bedroom has a luxury vaulted feature above the bed, which when lit up at night it really sets a relaxing mood. Hot tub & sauna available exclusive to this property only, Guest will have access to all parts of the home without interruption from other guests, please bear in mind that the garden is only a small garden, there's some minor overlooking, this will not effect the stay or when in the spa facilities. There's a small fee for the spa facilities We also offer in house packages and wellness packages these must be booked with plenty of notice, we recommend at least 30 days prior arrival, we maybe able to arrange with shorter notice if available. Just remember to ask for the hot tub if you require this,it’s freshly set up just for you , this is collectible on your arrival payable by cash or bacs

Charminster is a very vibrant town situated only a stones throw away from Bournemouth town centre, 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive. Theres plenty of tasty restaurants or vibrant bars within 2 minutes walking distance from the property, the high street is very cosmopolitan & hosts all cultures. And then of course Bournemouth town centre which has become one of the best locations in the UK & voted 4th best beach in Europe. There is so much to do & see in town & the Bournemouth gardens. If you wish to go sightseeing we recommend checking out the West of Bournemouth coastline & heading down to Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge Bay, Worth Matravers Winspit, Dancing Ledge, Devils Basin these are all the best locations of walking along the Jurassic coastline, Or if you head to the East of Bournemouth the likes of Christchurch, Mudeford Key, Hengistbury Head are great locations & walks, The New Forrest is also only a short drive form the property places like Burley, Linwood Sand Cliffs, Beaulieu & Their Car Museum
