A beautifully refurbished character cottage at the foot of the Yorkshire wolds. Within the stunning historic village centre of Welton. All modern amenities, including Hot tub (within private Walled/fences Garden), Smart TV (Netflix, Catch up etc), Large projector screen with PS3, Dishwasher etc. Very close to all amenities and stunning countryside. Pet friendly (downstairs only).
Family man, serial entrepreneur, dog lover. Always looking for a work life balance, where holidays are key to this. Love a little culture and history with my holidays with of course bars and restaurants thrown in. Where possible always prefer a new holiday location rather than same old same old, the worlds too small and we are only here for a short time. Self entry available if necessary for easy access/social distancing.
Central village location. Very close to all amenities, Pub in village (4 other pubs with 1 mile walk), Supermarket within walking distance, 10 min drive from Train station, Lakes (one with a Water activity centre) with easy walking distance, Sports inc Golf, Squash, Tennis, Bowling etc all within 3 miles of property. Stunning Yorkshire views and countryside walks 2 mins from the property. 40 mins drive to the beach, 40mins, drive to York, 20mins drive to Historic Beverley & Hull Bus stop 10 yards from property, easy access to motorway network, train station 10 mins from property (by car, 30 mins walk)
