Hosting two bedrooms; a family room with a king-size double and single, along with a double bedroom and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen and an open plan sitting and dining area with a wood burner. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a steep stone garden. Situated in a lovely setting with local attractions close by, Holly Cottage is a cosy retreat in a memorable part of England. Note: Steep terrace garden, not suitable for children.

Set in the wooded gorge of the River Derwent and surrounded by wooded hills and cliffs, the village of Cromford lies just one mile from the spa town of Matlock Bath and three miles from Matlock.
