Holly Cottage, a carefully renovated former cowman’s cottage, provides a mix of country tranquility with modern styling. Comfortably accommodating four guests (sleeps up to 6), ideal Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty retreat.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the edge of a 200 acre grassland farm that rears pedigree Hereford cattle and accessed through the farm itself, the cottages are within the central part of the Surrey Hills National Landscape. Each cottage has beautiful views across the farm's valley. 2000 acres of open access land can be found immediately on the doorstep with views available across the South of England from the top of Holmbury Hill, a 20 minute walk away. The cottages are within 1 hour of central London. Surrey Hills Holiday Cottages are located approximately 1 mile south of the village of Peaslake. Located approximately 8 miles south east of Guildford, the cottages are within easy reach of both London Heathrow and Gatwick Airports (45 mins and 30 mins respectively). The postcode is GU6 7NT.
