Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

Property information

Holmdean is a spacious, beautifully refurbished town house. The accommodation is presented to the highest standard with tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are a short walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house. The house is in a quiet residential area of the town centre approached via a footpath some 200 yards from vehicular access, so no passing town traffic There is a spacious, light and airy sitting room with electric wood burner effect fire and open plan dining area with extending dining table. There is a very well equipped, newly fitted kitchen with door to a shower room with WC. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed that can be made up as a twin on request, hand basin and oak furniture. The second bedroom has a double bed and a hand basin. There is a bathroom with a modern white suite comprising a shower over the bath and W.C. On the second floor there is a further twin bedroom and a small single bedroom. Outside there is an enclosed south facing courtyard style patio with garden furniture. On request: the front bedroom can be made up as a twin if required. Please let us know as it will be made up as a super king unless requested otherwise. PARKING: This property has a permit for one space in the Mill Street car park around 150m from the cottage. If your party has further cars, the long stay car park is located on Manor Road near Jacobs Ladder approximately 10-15 min walk. 3-7 day digital permits can be purchased online through the EDDC website or the RingGo parking app. These tickets are valid in all East Devon District car parks (note maximum stay).

Neighbourhood information

Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.
