Hope Cottage is the perfect base for a fantastic seaside holiday. Situated in the heart of Southwold, just a few minutes walk from the seafront & High Street, this cottage is a great choice for families and friends.The cottage sleeps 6 & is full of home comforts to ensure a relaxing and reviving self catering break. There are 3 bright bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large separate dining room and a courtyard garden with a separate entrance for bikes & beach gear. The space Hope cottage is situated opposite Southwold Church and Bartholomew Green, a few minutes stroll from the shops, pubs and beach. You enter the Cottage into the hallway with the lounge to your left overlooking the Green. Relax, read, watch TV or just chat in this cosy comfortable space. Further down the hallway is the dining room with ample room for six people and leads out onto a small sunny courtyard with seating for outside dining. The fully equipped kitchen is to the rear of the property and looks out onto the courtyard. From here there is a small utility area at the back for muddy boots after walks and the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs the master bedroom is to the front of the property with a kingsize bed. The second bedroom (also kingsize) leads onto the upstairs bathroom and a third bedroom with a bunkbed. Gas central heating, linen and towels included. Short stay parking is available opposite the house and long stay parking available in the town. Pets welcome with additional fee.
Hi, I'm Charlotte. I have been a host since 2021. Hope Cottage is a dream come true for my family. We love Southwold and have always enjoyed time with friends and family there. It's a place to rest, read, recover, revive and be re-inspired. I really enjoy sharing Hope Cottage with guests and hope that they have a wonderful time there.
Southwold is great for so many reasons: - Beautiful sand beach - Wonderful pier with attractions - Vibrant High Street with shops, cafes and restaurants - Annual Events like Latitude or the Christmas light switch on - Adnmas Brewery and Pubs - Stunning walks in the Suffolk coast and countryside - Plenty of adventures nearby eg Southwold Maize Maze, Africa Alive zoo, Minsmere
