Horsedale Barn, a reverse-level farm stay, consists of a first-floor open-plan living area with dining seating for two, Smart TV, woodburning stove, and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, and coffee maker. There is a ground-floor utility with washing machine, and a cloakroom with WC and basin. The bedroom is a double with a TV. There is a bathroom with roll-top bath, walk-in Jacuzzi jet shower, WC, basin. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. You'll find a shop in 2 miles, and a pub in 0.3 miles. Set in the beautiful wooded gorge of the River Derwent and surrounded by wooded hills and cliffs, the village of Cromford lies just one mile from the vibrant spa town of Matlock Bath and three miles from Matlock.
