Stay House is a wonderfully unique property located in the rural village of Kepwick in North Yorkshire. The property sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and features two living areas, a large kitchen, and stunning countryside surroundings. Expertly designed and situated in a beautiful part of the UK, this exceptional holiday home is perfect for family getaways and stays with friends. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.​

The village is characterised by its stone-built cottages, some of which date back centuries, and the traditional village green at its centre is where locals and tourists alike gather to enjoy the serene surroundings.
