Newly renovated house with bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor and living space on second floor with sea views. Located in a quiet and residential area.
Modern and light, family friendly property with secure private paved patio.
1 minute walk to the promenade perfect for walkers and cyclist.
5 minute walk to Rhos-on-sea town centre, which has plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and sandy beach.
5 minute drive to the local golf club.
30 minute drive to Snowdonia.
Property can sleep 6 using the sofabed, we suggest the sofabed is only suitable for children.
We are located in the middle of the beautiful North Wales coast, ideal for families or couples and all dogs owner. Ideal for coastal walks or bike rides and mountains to hike. Can easily visit Anglesey, Pen Llyn or Snowdonia from here.
We have plenty of cafes and restaurant and just 5 minutes car/taxi ride from the famous Bryn Williams 2 rosette Bistro on the prom at Colwyn Bay.
