Available exclusively for festive stays in 2025, the property is brimming with character, charm, and seasonal warmth. Spread across three floors, the cottage welcomes you with a spacious entrance hallway featuring a baby grand piano — perfect for adding a musical touch to your holiday celebrations. The main living room is cosy and inviting, complete with a feature Inglenook fireplace with log burner, comfortable seating, and a TV for festive film nights. The heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen-diner, featuring a dining table for six and all the essentials for preparing Christmas dinner. Patio doors lead out to a beautiful rear garden, where you’ll find a patio with a dining table and a covered seating area at the rear, complete with an outdoor heater — ideal for enjoying mulled wine under the stars. Just off the kitchen is a snug with a sofa and TV, perfect for curling up with a book or enjoying a peaceful moment. A family bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway. Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms, both tastefully furnished with ample clothes storage, and a modern shower room. The third bedroom, tucked into the converted loft space, also features a double bed. Please note that this charming attic room has some height restrictions, including a lower-than-average entrance door, which only adds to its cosy appeal.
