Self-contained/independent modern studio situated in large garden comprising of a bedroom that can be made up with either 2 single (3ft) beds OR zipped together to make one 6ft superking size bed. Living room/kitchenette with digital freeview & smart tv, a new convertible sofa-bed, the kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, double air-fryer, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster, crockery & cooking utensils. Bathroom has shower, sink, wc. Fast wi-fi. Fully insulated with electric heating and fireplace. Situated in our peaceful large garden. Guests have their own area of the garden next to the garden house with bbq. Situated 2 minutes walk from main bus route (10 minutes to Derby centre) near Derby centre, close to the Peak District and West Mill wedding venue. Well behaved dogs very welcome.
Quiet location ideal for Derby/the West Mill wedding venue, Darley Abbey, Duffield, Belper and the Peak District. 0.5 miles to the nearest pub - The Broadway 0.7 miles to Park Farm Shopping Centre (with Birds bakery/B&M/Co-op/fish & chip shop/bars/cafes/Thorntons, Farm food, card shop, vets). 2.4 miles to Derby city centre. Direct bus (takes 10 minutes) 15 miles to the Peak District 16 miles to Nottingham city centre. Direct bus from Derby bus station We have off-road parking plus parking at the side of the road outside house. We have a locked garage shed for storing bikes or equipment if required. Direct bus link to Derby centre (10 minutes). Bus link to Nottingham from Derby city centre bus station.
