The property is one of the listed buildings that was built in the 1800's and has got the views of the sea on one side and the city on the other. Our parking area can accommodate 4 cars for easy access or up to 6. And we have a fair trade gift shop in the ground floor of the property.
I am a shopkeeper and at the same time I'm a part-time musician. This venture in renting some of the rooms in our house is one the things I'd like to explore on my own.. from cleaning to painting and everything else..I'm a minimalist, so the rooms are with not too many decorations. I believe that sometimes it's soothing to see less when you're resting.
We are in a busy area of Scarborough with a supermarket, a takeaway shop, a laundrette and a pub right opposite the property. Cafés, bakeries and a chemist is just a 1minute walk. Restaurants are from 2 minutes walk and the town centre is 5mins walk. The park and the open air theatre is a 10 minute walk and so is going to the beach (North Bay)
