"Brand new holiday home manufactured in 2025" Comfortable New Accommodation: It's Time to Breathe in Whitley Bay offers two bedrooms ( one double and a twin) bathroom and a living room. Family rooms include a sofa bed for two guests and a dining area. Free on-site parking is available. Onsite Amenities at additional charge: include the Boat House Bar & Restaurant, Show Bar with evening entertainment and a heated indoor Swimming Pool. There are also on site; Amusements, Ice cream shop, Laundrette and a convenience store. Modern Amenities: Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, and toaster. Additional amenities include a dining table, dressing table in the double bedroom, and wardrobe space in both bedrooms. There is a hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, plus a steamer. There are a few games for all ages, and free WIFI in the caravan. Convenient Location: Located 18 km from Newcastle International Airport, the property is an 8-minute walk from Whitley Bay. Nearby attractions include ideally located for exploring the attractions of Whitley Bay and the surrounding area.
