The cottage is in a very quiet and peaceful area of Montrose mainly bungalows. The cottage is semi-detached to the owners family home. Enclosed garden. Full central heating. The cottage is all on one level. The main entrance has an access ramp. Large sunny dinning lounge with fitted kitchen, 65" Smart TV and Free Netflix. Full size double oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave and Large fridge freezer.
Main bedroom has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom has one single bed and bunk beds. Third bedroom has bunk beds.
The kitchen is supplied with all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans etc.
Guests have the free use of separate owners utility room which includes washing machine and dryer.
Montrose City Centre with local friendly Pubs and Restaurants just a short walk away. Montrose Golf Links one of the oldest in the world and Montrose Beach are 15 min walk away.
With Edzell Golf Course only a short drive away. As well as Montrose Beach we have Lunan Bay Beach which is popular with surfers and walkers just a short drive away.
The Angus Glens are perfect for hill walking and cycling.
The North Esk River is famous for salmon and sea trout fishing.
Not to far away are the Grampian Mountains, Cairngorms National Park, Dunnotar and Glamis Castles, Cities of Aberdeen and Dundee within easy reach by trains leaving from Montrose rail station.
In line with new licencing laws in the UK for holiday lets. We are please to say that Ivy Cottage has successfully passed all safety regulations. The cottage is now fully licenced by Angus Council as a holiday letting business.
