Love an old cottage built in the 1770s. It has been restored very lovingly but still retains its history.

The 18th century stone built cottage is in the historic part of Pulborough overlooking the Church at the front and with a quiet cottage garden at the back. It was fully renovated by us to include all mod cons, but we have tried to retain its charm and character. This Summer we have installed a shower bath to complement the shower room.
We live next door to the cottage and like to greet guests when they arrive; we are available to advise on activities in the area but do not want to intrude on guests’ privacy.
There are numerous local activities in the area: COUNTRY HOUSES, such as Petworth [National Trust], Arundel Castle, Parham House, Goodwood House. Knepp Estate for rewilding LOCAL WALKS, including the South Downs Way and National Park RSPB reserve in Pulborough for bird watching Cowdray estate for polo Goodwood estate, for motor events and horse racing Chichester is 25 minutes away.
