Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Large, enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. 2 medium dogs welcome. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a low door frame to kitchen.. Situated opposite the village green and the river, this thoughtfully converted, semi-detached cottage, provides a lovely holiday base to relax or from which to explore the area. Good walks and cycle routes are all around and with the likes of Chatsworth House, The Peak District, Mansfield, Sherwood Forest, Nottingham and Newark all within a short drive there is plenty to see and do. There is a good selection of shops in the village and with the Jug and Glass public house next door there is somewhere convenient to enjoy the local beer and food.
