Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Enclosed rear courtyard with garden furniture. On road parking, 50 yards away. No smoking. Please note: The neighbour has access through the courtyard to their property.. Katy’s No 6 is a homely, ground floor apartment with a locally handcrafted mahogany double bed in the master bedroom, complete with a safe in the wardrobe. The is located very close to the centre of the charming seaside town of Amble, with its marina and a great community spirit. Amble has a working harbour with a popular Sunday morning market, ideal for sourcing fresh local food, and popular with visitors and locals. There are little shopping pods set next to the harbour, so you can peruse these too and chat to their friendly owners. After a busy day of exploring, finish off at one of the nearby restaurants along the harbour. The shops in Amble are varied with a large supermarket nearby and plenty of local bakers, butchers and bespoke shops. Take a walk along the estuary to Warkworth, around 2 miles, that takes you past the marina. Upon entering Warkworth, the castle is one of the first things you see, set at the top of the pretty village with its riverside walks and a couple of very good cafés and pubs. Nearby Alnwick is a great day out where you can stop off at the castle, famed for its use in Harry Potter scenes, and the Duchess gardens, all popular places to visit.
