We have a toy poodle called 'Biscuit' who is often in the reception area to greet you.

Property information

We are lucky to have really friendly, helpful staff who will help you in every way to make the most of your stay in Brighton. We are close to the centre of the city making having a car unnecessary. From our front one can see the Brighton pier. Add the fine Georgian building itself, being built in about 1730, and you have a great recipe for a brilliant stay.

Neighbourhood information

Kempfield House is the Kemptown area of Brighton. Close to shops bars and restaurants. This is the heart of the Gay area of the City with all the friendliness with which it is associated. On our nearest corner we have the lively St James Tavern, renowned for its tremendous variety of Rums and brilliant Thai cuisine. Yet within a few minutes you can be in the centre of the city itself.
