A charming one bedroom cottage set in Dunoon nearby Hunter Quay. Enjoy this quiet and scenic location, a wonderful hideaway to explore this magical region, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. An ideal an escape for two or a small family.. The cottage is set amidst broadleaf woodland, which provides an opportunity to enjoy visits to the garden from red squirrels, roe deer and wild birds, The spacious living room features an inviting wood burning stove and comfortable sofas. Leading from the living area is a wonderful bright conservatory, a perfect sun-trap for lazy afternoons reading and snoozing. The conservatory features views over the outdoor deck and woodland garden. The country kitchen features exposed beams, fitted with all your modern appliances, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. The dining table features in the kitchen. IMPORTANT: Featuring one well appointed double bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room for the extra bed. Suitable for one adult or two children only. Must be requested at time of booking. Maximum 3 adults allowed or 2 adults and 2 children. The cottage is surrounded by a woodland garden with a terraced deck. No pets permitted.

The town centre on Dunoon is only minutes away by car, (2.4kms) offering a selection of coffee shops, craft shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants. Easy access to explore Dunoon and local attractions. Kevington Cottage is an ideal base to explore this spectacular region with Benmore Botanic Gardens, Argyll Forest Park and the famous Trossachs National Park all on your doorstep. Explore further afield to Argyll's Secret Coast, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray, it's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
