Property information

A large Victorian terraced villa offering 6 rooms to let. All rooms are large and spacious most with en-suite shower rooms. We have a large family room on the upper floor with a double and two single beds. Our large triple room has a double and single bed and is also on the upper floor. We have two double rooms, one on the middle floor and a large, recently refurbished room with a king size bed on the ground floor. We have recently added a lovely single room with large en-suite on the middle floor. Our twin room is on the upper floor and has an adjacent private shower room a few steps across the hall.

Neighbourhood information

We are only 1.5 miles from the city centre, Princess Street, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the Parliament Buildings. Easy access to a number of public transport options. Free and available parking is on the adjacent side streets of Suffolk Road or Wilton Road.
