The Sinclair Building Serviced Apartments are situated in a unique property located in the heart of Sheffield City Centre. With a mix of two bedroom and studio apartments, they all have well thought out interiors featuring mainly king size beds, loung area, fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryers ensuring a stay away from home is as comfortable as can be. Large flat screen TV's feature Complimentary Virgin Media TV, access to Streaming Services and Wi-Fi is provided ensuring you can stay up to date with your friends, colleagues or current affairs. Desks for work can be provided free of charge upon request, meaning working from home is also possible. Photographs of the apartments are examples of our accommodation on offer and may not depict the exact apartment you will be allocated.

The Sinclair Building is situated next to numerous University of Sheffield buildings and Hospitals. It is also a short walk to Sheffield Theatres, the home of World Snooker, the Crucible, and many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The Peak District is only a 30 minute drive away where there are many walking trails and stately homes including the beautiful Chatsworth House.

Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept stag, hen or similar large group bookings. Please note: There is no reception. The property offers a self check in key box collection service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent check in details around 24/48hrs prior to arrival. If you have not received check in details 24hrs prior to arrival, please call 0114 3995100. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Quite Hours are between 22.00 and 09.00.
