The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen housing an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a living/dining room with seating for four people, a TV with Sky HD Bundle including Sky Plus Entertainment with Kids, Sports and On Demand, DVD player, a Harman Kardon Bluetooth Speaker, Naime Qb Bluetooth Speaker and a selection of games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV with Freeview and an en-suite bathroom, and a twin with a TV with Freeview and a Naime Qb Bluetooth Speaker, as well as a shower room. Outside, there is a terrace with furniture and communal gardens with furniture, as well as allocated parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, a pub, and within 0.1 mile, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A highchair and cot are also available. A delightsome stay awaits at Lapis. Note: Guests are to provide their own cot bedding.
