This house is a spacious comfortable home which suits large friends gatherings, family or work colleague groups, giving each of you the space to relax comfortably.
It has original victorian features and is decorated neutrally throughout out with some stylish twists.
The kitchen dining room is modern with granite worktops with all appliances and a separate wine fridge.
There is a private back patio area to sit in.
I hope you enjoy our home which we have enjoyed for many years. Everything is how myself and my family would expect for ourselves and so hope it's comfortable as well for you whether for your home away from home whether on holiday or visiting friends and family or working away from home.
The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and has a lovely childrens park opposite the house.
The location of the property is in Mannamead, one of the best areas of Plymouth, centrally located to reach either sides of the city into the city centre and barbican by the sea or in the opposite direction to Derriford hospital or The Moors.
It is also close to the dockyard and William Yard which is a development in original old listed buildings surrounded by the sea with bars and restaurants.
It is also a short walk away from Mutley Plain and Hyde Park where there are coffee shops and supermarkets.
Central Park can be reach by foot in 10 minutes and the Plymouth Life Centre swimming pool is a 5-10minute drive.
