This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples, professionals, young families or friends. The retro-style private attic space is thoughtfully arranged with clean kitchenette area and modern bathroom. Owned by two locals, the space is perfectly positioned for those wishing to experience the vibrant culture of the city, as well as those seeking a more relaxed break. For professionals it is just a 5 min drive from the University/Falmer. Additionally, parking is FREE! The space is located on the top floor of our family home. The entrance will be through the shared front door, and up to the second floor. During your stay we will give you total privacy and are happy to help with anything you require (just message us). We are generally a quiet household but can't promise total silence as we do have a toddler and our second baby arriving in April 2023. We are usually out during the week as we both work full time and our son is in Nursery Mon-Fri. We're usually awake around 7/7:30am those days. The spacious, retro-inspired décor create a relaxed ambiance just perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring. Multiple windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy feel with great views into the garden/local area. The king bed with king size duvet is unbelievably comfy and we use 100% cotton bedding that is always freshly washed. The space is suitable for couples, friends and also perfectly suitable for one person. The Scandinavian inspired lounge area has a sofa and a comfortable armchair. If you open the velux windows and swing them around you can get an inside-out feel. The TV can be tilted to either be watched from the living room area or the bed with your morning coffee. There is a king bed that has a premium SIMBA mattress for a good night sleep, along with a chest of drawers. There is a table and chairs for eating.

Situated on a residential road just 20 mins from the city center by bus (1 min walk away). The neighborhood itself is generally quiet yet is still perfectly situated between The Sussex Downs, Brighton Beach and Sussex University.
