Charming house in central Rye close to the medieval Landgate an arched entrance to old Rye. Once a cinema and former shop the property has been restored into a stylish spacious interior. 5 minutes walk to everything! The ground floor is open plan with double sofa bed if required. Also a shower room with toilet, and cloakroom area. Well equipped kitchen and well stocked store cupboard of useful condiments. TV box with streaming services Netflix etc. Fast Internet connection. Pretty patio area with outdoor table and chairs. Upstairs there is two bedrooms one double and a twin with single beds, another large living area with leather sofa bed. TV's in every room! A romantic bathroom with roll top bath and toilet. Wooden floors and shagpile carpets. Pets and children welcome. Bedlinen, towels and bathtime bits provided. There is outside on road parking, loading bay outside. Late night supermarket just around corner. Brilliantly situated in Rye just 5 minutes from centre, all places of historic interest, and 10 minute drive to Camber Sands Beach
