We would love to welcome you to our private light, airy small double room with en-suite facilities, within our family home. Very comfortable small double bed (4ft) with bamboo mattress. You have your own private entrance at the side of the house for your privacy. We have two very friendly dogs and one cat (beware has jumped in through open window for a visit) that have no access to your space but they will bark and greet you! Quiet location out of huddle and bustle of town but close enough to walk into town in about 15-20 mins. Low traffic noise and good bird life.
We are a friendly and busy family and welcome you to our home. I am a health coach in the community and Hypnotherapist. I love living in our vibrant town and walking the coastal path and enjoy early morning sea swimming all year around. My son and elderly parents also live within the home. We have 2 very friendly doggies and 1 cat
I am always available to contact via my phone (dependant on signal) or just pop around to see me in person if I’m home.
Nice quiet and safe residential area with plenty of bird life and little traffic noise. Lovely Swanpool and Gyllyngvase beaches are a 20 minute walk away as is the coastal footpath.
Falmouth is a friendly and vibrant town with a wonderful harbour full of activity especially during the summer. If you love the sea, boating, walking, beautiful views, beaches and good eating you’ve come to the right place.
The train station and bus stop are nearby about a 6 minute walk to each
Parking is on the road which is safe and nearthe house. Marlborough Grove and Pengath Rise have ample parking. Very safe neighbourhood and we often park on the road without any issues
