A two bedroom annex accommodating 4 guests. Private Hot tub in the garden. Just a 10 minute walk to the Coast path and Trevellas cove. Avoid the Holiday traffic. Sunday change over during the summer holidays. Single story Annex with a fully fitted kitchen leading to a family bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds. The lounge has ample seating for everyone and a dining table. Maximum of 4 guests. Facilities & Services The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The sitting room has a flat screen digital TV. Wi-Fi is available. Private garden with Hot Tub, BBQ and seating. Hot Tub Disclaimer: if the hot tub water has been replaced on the day of arrival this may mean its not at temperature for your first evening. One night stay's we endeavour to make sure the hotub is heated ahead of time. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will have to provide your own beach towels. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted. Please remember that dogs cannot be left unattended at the property. There are parking facilities for two vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in the property. A cot and highchair are available on request.
