A modern two bedroom cottage with a light coastal theme, situated on a quiet lane within walking distance to Gillan Cove and with views over countryside and across Falmouth Bay towards St Mawes. The cottage is attached to the Host's home but is completely self contained with a private entrance, two parking spaces and its own sunny courtyard to the rear. You can enjoy first floor sea, river and countryside views. Within close reach of Gillan Creek, Helford River and the Fal Estuary. Nearby walks along the famous South West Coast Path, which passes through Gillian Cove.

We only live next door. If you need any assistance or recommendations, please feel free to come round when we’re in.

Gillan is a quiet Cornish coastal community, close to St Anthony, Helford, St Keverne and within easy reach of The Lizard, Penzance, St Ives and Lands End. The South West Coast Path is just a short walk away. There are endless coves to visit on our doorstep, Gillan and Flushing coves are just a short walk away. Helford, a wonderful village shop and the fabulous Shipwrights Arms at Helford is a 2.9 mile drive and you can take the passenger ferry through the Helford Passage to The Ferry Boat Inn, beach and shop. Manaccan is just over a mile away with a quaint public house offering great food. Porthallow is a 10 minute drive or can be accessed by walking around the SW Coast Path. St Keverne offers a Spar shop, The Three Tuns, The White Hart, a butchers, Post Office and a medical practice, just 3 miles away. Little Karenza is located in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty… if it’s peace and quiet with stunning views you’re looking for, you’ve found it.
