Property information

A beautiful, charming Grade II listed townhouse located in the heart of the Old Town just a minute flat walk to the sea. Dog friendly (ten pounds per night). Charming cottage with log burner, fully equipped kitchen and small dining snug (please note seats 4/5 guests) and 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms which sleep a maximum of 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children under 12 yrs) with super king, king, twin and bunk bed rooms and an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. Family bathroom with roll top bath. Small outside terrace.

Neighbourhood information

Little Monmouth dates back some 200 years and is Grade II listed and located in the centre of the historic old town of Lyme Regis a minute flat walk to the sea. The house has recently been tastefully renovated to its former glory. Little Monmouth has a one car allocated parking space located at the rear of the property. Axminster train station is 8 miles from the house and Exeter airport is a 30 min drive away. Public transport is a min walk away.
