Weavers Cottage is situated in a private lane-parking is subject to availability but usually easy to manage. There is also free parking on the common which is accessible from the stile at the end of the lane. The cottage is in an idyllic spot-quiet yet so close to the High Street and everything Southwold has to offer. The cottage is super cosy and pretty with a great shower-over-bath (please note the bathroom is downstairs) and John Lewis furniture and bedding. It is very comfy. It's just off Southwold Common so a perfect spot for pooches. We can provide a travel cot on request-plus a high chair. Weavers Cottage is very old and (18th century we think) but very warm and cosy in the Winter.
I live just up the road and me and my husband manage the property-and we do all the cleaning and laundry too. We moved here in 2015. I come from Potters Bar originally and Steve is from Croydon. My grandmother lived in Walberswick and my cousin lives in Reydon and I have been visiting since I was 11. We are very friendly and responsive should you need us but we will leave you in complete privacy during your stay.
Pubs, restaurants and shops are all within 5 minutes walk from the cottage. The beach is a seven minute walk where you will find the quirky pier and amusements. Adnams Cellar Shop is just around the corner as is Southwold Museum and the bus stop so you can travel to 'Africa Alive', Beccles, Norwich etc.
