West View Cottage is a lovely 1 bed property. The bathroom and living room (nice view) are upstairs. The bedroom and well equipped kitchen are downstairs. It is located in the heart of Allonby which is situated on the stunning Solway coast. There are 2 pubs - The Ship & Jack's Surfbar, both offering food & drink, a Sandwich shop, Ice Cream Shop (also sells essentials) in Allonby. *******All opening days/times vary ****** It is a great location to explore the historic towns of Cockermouth, Maryport, Silloth & the Lake District. There are excellent routes for walkers & cyclists. The cottage has central heating. I will leave instructions at the cottage for you. Please use responsibly. Please contact me if you have any issues. Hot water is on demand. No electric fires or electric car/bike charging permitted. No candles.

The Ship (Pub) has been refurbished and is now open. There is a new Sandwich shop in Allonby- Wishers. There is room to park right outside the front door as well as ample free parking nearby.
