Pefectly located with easy access to M61 motorway and linking you to Bolton, Liverpool, Manchester, Wigan. It's very close to get to Middlebrook stadium and retail park and Horwich heritage centre and convenient for Haydock race course. Also many industrial estates in surrounding area and not to far to the Kellogs Plant and Heinz & Co plant.
