Lovely Cottage is a traditional cosy Norfolk cottage but with a modern interior. The lounge has a wood burner to keep you cosy during cool weather. It is furnished with brand new sofa's (2018) and a 43" 4K smart TV. There are plenty of books and DVD's to choose from. There is also an extensive information pack with all you need to know about the cottage and the area. Also downstairs is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a newly fitted bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a large master with gorgeous field views, plenty of storage space and a kingsize bed with luxury mattress and bedding. The smaller second bedroom contains a single bed with trundle suitable for 2 children or can be made into a double to comfortably sleep 1 adult. Outside there is parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car and a private, sunny garden. Things to note: the stairs are steep and not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The garden is detached from the house and is about 15 metres from the back door.

The cottage is in a quiet area surrounded by open fields. But only 3 miles to the very popular village of Burnham Market. There are stunning views of open countryside from the front of the cottage. The lanes surrounding the cottage are perfect for biking and there is a lockable outhouse for bike storage. A car is recommended if you want to travel further afield. The cottage is only 4 miles from the gorgeous beaches of North Norfolk and its only 5 minutes walk to the local pub! The nearby village of Burnham Market is known as 'the loveliest village in Norfolk' There is a traditional post office, butcher, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, they also have over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, beauty salons, and galleries, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, paintings, prints and unique coastal artworks, trendy and traditional clothes for all the family. There is an exciting array of eateries serving everything from cappuccino to sea bass, afternoon tea and cake to a club sandwich. You may even spot a celebrity or two there.
