Our city centre 2bedroom apartment close to Edinburghs Royal Mile & Royal Palace, offers modern luxury accommodation with steam room. Centrally located with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk in shower wet rooms and steam room. The rear garden terrace is an excellent city centre addition for relaxing. The ground floor access property, with basement sleeps 4guests, there is also a sofa bed in the living room that is made available upon special request for children max aged 16. The two bedroom, two bathroom property has been fully renovated, with two shower room and bathrooms, steam room and kitchen living area ensuring the most comfortable experience Edinburgh has to offer!

Walking distance to Edinburgh Royal Mile, parliament and the royal palace. 0.9miles from the royal mile & Edinburgh castle!!! Tram and bus routes are on the doorstep, plenty of eateries and public bars.
