Unwind at this newly renovated luxury house. The ideal place to stay for a getaway for two! Wake up to beautiful views of the River Kent & enjoy breakfast on the patio. Then why not treat yourself to a relaxing soak in the wood burning hot tub. Situated in a perfect location to head off exploring the Lake District or Yorkshire Dales. The house yet small, has been creatively designed to provide an open plan contemporary space, with a spacious homely feel.

I love living in the Lake District, it’s such a beautiful place with so many amazing mountains to climb. I also love to eat out in the local restaurants, cafes & pubs. If you need any recommendations for walks & places to eat please feel free to ask :) Please feel free to contact me at any point throughout your stay or prior if required. This is a self check in and there will be a key provided in a safe key box.

Located in a quiet safe area of Kendal. -5-minute walk from Carus Green Golf Club -10-minute walk from Kendal Town Centre where you will find pubs, bars, restaurants, takeaways, shops & a supermarket -10-minute drive to the M6 motorway -15-minute drive to Windermere/Bowness -Private parking on gated driveway -There is also plenty of parking located on the A road right outside the property -15-minute walk to Kendal train station and bus station -10-minute walk to 555 bus route which travels as far as Keswick with a ‘hop on hop off system’ -I have plenty of walk & restaurant recommendations in my guidebook, please check them out :)
