Located at beautiful Balhousie Street, a perfect base to explore Perthshire and much more! This newly refurbished apartment have many features like private south facing garden which means plenty of sun in the afternoon! Spacious driveway for two cars. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable you just won’t want to get out of it and finally there is a walk-in shower. 4K 55inch Tv with free Netflix and Amazon prime.
The most important part of any stay is a great night sleep. I’m happy to confirm the bedrooms have blackout blinds and triple glazed windows making sure you get a great peaceful nights sleep. The king size bed is extremely comfy with high quality memory foam mattress. Two single beds can be linked and zipped to make it a standard double bed! The bathroom have huge Led mirror and the walk-in shower is perfect for washing away those busy nights in beautiful Perth! The kitchen comes complete with hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishes and dishwasher everything to cook a great meal.
Asda is just 3 minutes by walk and city centre is just 12 minutes away!
