Situated in the East Devon National Landscape at the end of a magical winding country lane is the stunningly located Artist’s Studio - luxury accommodation nestling in a south facing hillside and boasting far-reaching uninterrupted views across the spectacular Devon countryside. The Studio, originally a barn, is now a spacious self catering rural retreat, comfortably accommodating 2 adults, with huge vaulted ceilings and where your every whim and desire is catered for. Prepare gourmet cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, warm your toes in front of the cosy log burner, and relax under the waterfall shower or in the full size bath before retiring to luxuriate in the king sized bed between silky soft Egyptian cotton sheets. On sunny days enjoy breakfast on the south facing balcony or head down to the private terrace and garden area for a spot of sunbathing or a BBQ, again with superb views and only the sounds of tweeting birds for company. Or perhaps you’d rather save the terrace for the evening. Cosy up under blankets on the outdoor sofa next to the fire pit, with a bottle of Prosecco or mug of cocoa, taking in the clear night sky and listening to the owls hoot and the foxes bark. 
 Guests are welcome to roam the extensive, established gardens which surround the property and which teem with wildlife all year round. Depending on the time of year, guests are also welcome to indulge in our own homegrown organic vegetables from our vegetable garden. 

If you ever want to leave, the studio is ideally located for trips to several beaches on the Jurassic coast, (Beer, Branscombe, Charmouth, Seatown and Lyme Regis all within 30 minutes drive) glorious country walks, (our lane in bluebell season is as good as it gets) award-winning pubs and restaurants and the charming market town of Honiton – the antiques capital of Devon with its history of lacemaking.
