This is a new build property built to a hi specification including feature oak staircase , open plan living and bifold doors to patio

Neighbourhood information

Alfrick is a very small village served by a lovely community shop and barista style cafe it is stocked with locally produced food and groceries. Alfrick is within an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is a lovely pub serving fabulous food, for which my guests receive a 10% discount, within 1 mile
