I am Steve, my dream from a young age was to have a power boat. After achieving this I thought it would be amazing to allow other people the opportunity to experience staying on a boat. Master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with double bed (or 2 singles). 2 bathrooms with toilets, sinks and showers (wet rooms) .. marina toilets and showers also on hand located on the marina within 300 yards. Living room area with freeview TV, kitchen with full size fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Hot and cold water. Heaters. Full electricity on board with USB sockets. Additional seating area in kitchen. Large rear lounging terrace with seating for all guests around a table. Table large enough for 5 people to comfortably have a meal. Rear terrace has 3 covers which can be open or closed and has heating and ambient lights. Additional freeview TV in master bedroom. Sliding doors can close off the living space to the rear lounge terrace. Additional fly bridge seating area deck on top of the boat with seating for up to 6 people however this is available on request in winter months and subject to weather. Ocean Village is a beautiful marina surrounded with bars and restaurants, shops and things to do all within walking distance. Set in the heart of Southampton you are also very close to West Quay shopping centre, St. Mary’s stadium and all of the cruise terminals. Great transport links whether coming by car, bus, train, plane … and of course boat!
