Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located duplex apartment. Situated within a Grade II listed building, on Gateshead's iconic Quayside, Newcastle city centre is only a 5 min walk away. This BRAND NEW 2 bedroom duplex apartment is self check in and comes with a free parking space. With both Gateshead and Newcastle City Centres just a stone throw away, this is the perfect place to discover all that the North East region has to offer. This stunning duplex is very spacious and set on 2 floors. On the ground floor, you have the downstairs bedroom, the main bathroom and the open plan kitchen/ dining area. Upstairs, there is the lounge with the beautiful large bay window, the upstairs bedroom and its ensuite. The bedrooms both have a king size bed which can be split up into 2 single beds. The large U shape corner sofa is a sofa bed . Should you need to use the sofa bed, please note that due to the size and shape of the lounge window, we are unable to put blinds there.
