Enjoy a romantic break for two in this super stylish space. Koos Loft is a new build holiday home with a stunning finish and relaxing vibe. A short walk from the local surf beach and the village pubs and restaurants, this is a centrally located yet tucked away gem. Upstairs a stone composite bath sits under the bedroom skylight so you can look at the stars while bathing. The glamorous tiled shower room downstairs is perfect post beach. A parking space and private courtyard complete the space.

We live here in beautiful St.Agnes with our family. We love the beach lifestyle and enjoying all Cornwall has to offer.

Polbreen Lane is located in the heart of beautiful St.Agnes village AONB within walking distance of shops, bars, the beach and hiking trails. Local surf spots include Trevaunance cove and Chapel Porth. St.Agnes has a host of lovely shops and there is no need to use a car to get to them from Koos Loft. The village has Trunk Deli selling lovely wines, cheeses, fresh bread, flowers and other yumminess, two fruit and vegetable shops, a butcher, a newsagent, two convenience stores and lovely gift shops. There is a dedicated parking space outside Koos Loft. A car is really useful for traveling further afield but bus services are also available. hiking trails start on Polbreen Lane leading to St.Agnes Beacon, the Coast Path and various National Trust sites.
