Luxurious contemporary oak framed grade 2 listed barn with annex lying in an area of outstanding natural beauty, between Canterbury and whitstable. Perfect for entertaining, large hot tub, open plan living area with log fire and distant sea views. Well equipped kitchen. Walk in fridge. Sleeps 18 people. Coal BBQ. Pool table. Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. Outside log burner. Parking for 8 cars.

Heel Farm Barn is in the most perfect location. Set next to a small working farm in the middle of the Kent countryside, your neighbours are the sheep.
The local pub is a 15 minute country walk.
Canterbury is only a 15 minute car ride.
Whitstable is a 20 minute car ride.
All you need for a great getaway.
Nearest stations are Charing Station, Ashford International or Faversham.
The Plough Inn pub in Stalisfield is a great 15 minute country walk. We have had some great reviews from guests who have wined and dined at the pub.
