This Luxury caravan is manufactured to Residential Specifications and has gas central heating, is double glazed and has everything you will need to have the perfect break away in the Lake District. The caravan has 2 large bedrooms, an en-suite, separate bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas cooker, large larder, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining area for 4 persons to enjoy your meals There is free wi-fi provided for those who need it The lounge area has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a three piece suite , a large screen smart TV and DVD player. The lounge has a fireplace with electric fire for those cooler evenings. The perfect area to relax and enjoy the surroundings From the Lounge you walk out through large patio doors onto a large private decking area with glass sides offering amazing views across to Skiddaw and the local hills/fields. There is plenty of seating on the decking to enjoy the views and relax with a drink of your choice whilst enjoying the views One of the two bedrooms is fitted with a king size bed , a dressing area, ample cupboards and draws and even has its own dressing room with ample wardrobes leading to a private on-suite bathroom fitted with a full size bath and shower etc The second bedroom has 2 full size single beds, wardrobe , storage drawers, a TV and is situated next to the separate bathroom which has a toilet, shower and washing facilities. The caravan is fitted with all the kitchen utensils you will require for the perfect short break or relaxing holiday A children high chair and travel cot can be provided on request if required (advance notice required please) Fresh Linen, a Bath Towel and Hand Towel per guest will be provided free of charge on arrival. A small welcome pack will be provided on arrival

We live nearby and will always try to meet our guests on arrival. However, we respect your privacy and and only wish for you to have a fantastic holiday so will not interact with you after meeting and greeting but will usually be available should the need arise. The caravan is situated on the front row of a caravan park with other caravans nearby. The decking gives amazing views across to Skiddaw and open views across the countryside. We are situated next door to Moota Garden Centre which has a fantastic cafe serving delicious breakfast and lunches. The caravan is home from home and recently refurbished to a high standard . Perfect for walking, cycling, kayaking or just a relaxing break in the countryside The caravan is ideal situated for easy access to all the tourist attractions the Lake District has to offer and is only 6 mins from the historic Cockermouth which has a Castle, amazing coffee shops, supermarkets for all your shopping needs and lots of places of interest for you to visit. Beautiful Historic Keswick is only 25 mins drive away and the Solway coast is only a 20 mins drive away. The north west coast line with Allonby and Silloth are only a 30 mins drive and both offer amazing coastal walks with fantastic views across to Scotland. Ambleside, Grasmere, Windermere and Bowness are only a 50 min drive away through some breathtaking scenery on the way to be sure. There are some fantastic pubs, places to eat and visit within a short distance from this caravan park and I'm sure you won't ever be struggling for a place to visit. If you fancy a day to chill out then a drink on the decking taking in the view will be perfect for relaxing with your loved ones
