Adliv Host was established in 2020 after successfully managing our own holiday let properties for a couple of years. We currently manage 4 properties, all of which are located in the Thanet area. We are now looking to not only grow our own portfolio but manage other holiday lets in the local area. Adliv Host is run by a Husband and Wife Team who both live in the local area. All guest communication is handled by them personally to ensure the best service is delivered at all times. What to expect when you book with us Upon booking, you will receive an email with the steps that you need to complete to confirm the booking. We do require all stays to pre authorise a payment method for a refundable damage deposit of four hundred pounds . Assuming no damage has been caused to the property during your stay, this deposit is fully refundable and will arrive back in you bank 5-10 working days after check out (depending on bank.) We also require the lead guest to sign and agree to our T&C’s and upload a copy of either their driving licence or passport for verification via Signable.
