The cottage is located 5 minute walk from the centre of the village in close proximity of Lymm Dam. Very spacious two bedroom character property. Great access to motorway networks. Manchester, Liverpool, Chester all within 30 miles. No designated parking space available.
I have lived in Lymm for 30 years so know the area well. My family run a local letting agent also. By day I am a computer programmer. I have done this for 15 years and thoroughly enjoy it. When I am not working I am a keen Warrington Wolves fan. I partake in many triathlons and enjoy scuba diving. I am happy to answer any questions you may have at any point. I take great pride in ensuring you enjoy your stay.
