Your Quay to relaxation Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly. All properties are provisioned with crisp linen and fluffy towels, including beach towels and a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits and nuts is provided. In the fridge, you will also find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival.

There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom (5ft kingsize double), with flat screen TV and ensuite (separate shower) and two further bedrooms (4ft 6in standard doubles) both with flat screen TV`s. There is also a family bathroom (bath) and provides a built in flat screen TV over the bath. Parking - One parking space in covered private car port of the property via electric gates to secure private community of 5 Mews Town Houses (height 2.41m, width 2.36m). If larger vehicle then alternative parking available in the Quay Visitors multi-storey (5 minutes walk) at guest expense. Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers. Technology - WIFI. Large flatscreen TV in the lounge. Bedroom TVs. Bathroom TV. DVD player. No pets (note - owner does have a dog who stays from time to time). Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes.
